Tijdens onze tweedaagse psilocybine retraite creëren we een ruimte waar we samen in verbinding en integriteit het pad naar binnen bewandelen. Een ruimte waarin we aandachtig leren luisteren en vrijuit spreken, waarin kwetsbaarheid wordt verwelkomd en kracht mag ontstaan.

Dit werk is therapeutisch van aard en vraagt een bewuste toewijding. We bieden een veilige, open omgeving waarin ruimte is voor alles wat zich tijdens jouw proces aandient.
Onze ceremonies worden altijd ondersteund door livemuziek, uitgevoerd door professionele muzikanten, wat zorgt voor een diepe en gedragen ervaring.
Nina Badoux is actief lid van de Guild of Guides Nederland (GOGNL). Ons team werkt volgens de
gedragscode en de vijf principes van de GOGNL, waardoor we een veilige en ethische werkwijze kunnen garanderen.

Voorbereiding van lichaam en geest
Bij Nanacatl Healing werken we vanuit een holistische benadering. Dit betekent dat we zowel lichaam als geest betrekken bij de voorbereiding op jouw sessie.
Twee weken vóór aanvang van de retraite ontvang je van ons speciaal ontwikkelt huiswerk. Dit helpt je om je bewust voor te bereiden op de reis die je gaat maken. Voor deelname vul je een medische vragenlijst en een intake formulier in.
Daarna plan je je persoonlijke videoconsultatie in.

Integratie
Integratie is uiteindelijk misschien wel het belangrijkste onderdeel van het proces. Daarom ontvang je een week na afloop van de ceremonie een afsluitende persoonlijke videoconsultatie van één uur. Indien nodig ontvang je aanvullende, op maat gemaakte opdrachten om je te ondersteunen bij het integratieproces.
Door deze aanpak kan de ervaring op natuurlijke wijze integreren in je dagelijkse leven en ondersteunt het je bij transitie en transformatie.

During our two-day psilocybin retreat, we create a nurturing space to journey inward together, guided by connection and integrity. Here, we cultivate attentive listening and authentic expression, welcoming vulnerability so that strength may naturally emerge.
This work is therapeutic of nature and requires commitment from the participants. You step into a confidential and safe environment, where everything is welcome that arises during your process. Our ceremonies are always guided by live music and we therefore work together with professional musicians. Nina Badoux is an active member of the professional membership association Guild of Guides Netherlands. This means that our team works under the code of conduct of the GOGNL and their five principles. This guarantees safe and ethical work.

Preparation
Two weeks before the retreat you will receive your homework. This helps you prepare for the journey to come. Before participation you fill out a medical screener and a questionnaire. After which you’ll schedule an in depth 1 hour private video consultation with the main guide of your ceremony.

It may amplify your sensory experience and heighten your emotions, which may be beneficial when you’re open to rerouting your habitual ways. Like letting go of certain thought processes. We may discover completely new ways of thinking about the world and ourselves, expanding our consciousness.

Integration
Integration is in the end maybe the most important part of the work. That’s why you will receive a final 1 hour private video consultation a week after the ceremony. When needed, additional tailor made homework will be shared to support you with this process. Through this method, the experience can integrate into your daily life and help you with the transition and transformation.
